We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in LLMs, NLP, and agentic systems to join an applied AI R&D team. You’ll design, prototype, and productionize AI systems powering conversational experiences, autonomous agents, and intelligent recommendations—combining hands-on research with real product impact.
What you’ll do
- Develop and deploy LLM-based systems: conversational agents, RAG, and recommendation engines
- Lead applied research from idea → prototype → production, focused on measurable business outcomes
- Build robust evaluation pipelines for prompt optimization, model quality, and agent reliability
- Partner with backend/AI engineers to integrate models into scalable, monitored production environments
- Enhance an internal agent framework: workflows, memory mechanisms, and multi-step reasoning capabilities
- Stay current on emerging LLM + agentic techniques and translate research into production-ready solutions
Requirements (must-have)
- 5+ years as a Data Scientist / Applied ML Engineer with a track record of shipping production models
- Strong Python skills + experience with PyTorch, LangChain, and related LLM frameworks
- Proven hands-on experience with LLM ops: prompting, embeddings, fine-tuning, RAG, and evaluation
- Strong understanding of experimentation, data modeling, and performance measurement for ML-driven products
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineers, researchers, and product teams
