This role is designed for a technically strong product professional who began their career in cybersecurity – whether as a security researcher, analyst, software engineer, DevOps engineer, or in a relevant technological unit—and later transitioned into product management.
You will lead complex cybersecurity capabilities from initial discovery through delivery, launch, and customer adoption, while working closely with R&D, customers, and go-to-market teams.

• Translate company goals, customer challenges, and market opportunities into clear product priorities
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements definition to development, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement
• Work closely with engineering teams to define solutions, resolve technical trade-offs, and ensure high-quality delivery
• Conduct customer interviews and product discovery sessions to understand workflows, pain points, and security use cases
• Define detailed product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize the product backlog while balancing customer needs, strategic objectives, technical complexity, and delivery timelines
• Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams during strategic opportunities, technical evaluations, and customer discussions
• Partner with Customer Success and post-sales teams to support adoption, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvement
• Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and market trends to guide product decisions
• Communicate product direction and decisions clearly to technical teams, business stakeholders, and customers
Required Experience
• 2–3+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in a technology company
• Previous technical experience in cybersecurity as a security analyst, researcher, software engineer, DevOps engineer, or a similar role – mandatory
• Experience gained in a technological military unit, such as Unit 8200, or an equivalent cybersecurity environment is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, products, and operational workflows
• Familiarity with Exposure Management, Vulnerability Management, Security Operations, cloud security, or related domains is highly desirable
• Experience managing technical B2B or enterprise software products
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to work closely with software engineers and security professionals
• Proven ability to turn complex technical challenges into clear and valuable product solutions
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making
• Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers and supporting customer-facing teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Strong ownership mentality, attention to detail, and consistent focus on execution
• Fluent written and spoken English
