A recently launched cybersecurity startup, backed by significant funding, is looking for a Lead Product Designer to own and shape the entire design function.
This is a highly influential role for a senior designer who can move seamlessly between product strategy, user experience, and hands-on execution. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and company leadership, taking part in key decisions and helping define a new, agile way of building products.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end product design process across the company
• Own product experience, interaction design, and visual quality
• Partner with Product and Engineering on strategy, priorities, and execution
• Translate complex technical challenges into intuitive user experiences
• Establish design principles, processes, and ways of working
• Help shape a collaborative, agile model between Design and Engineering
Required Experience
• 8+ years of experience in Product Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction design, and visual craft
• Proven experience owning design in a startup or small-team environment
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with pixel-perfect execution
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in cybersecurity is a strong advantage
