A successful global SaaS company is looking for an Enterprise Professional Services Engineer to lead complex customer implementations, integrations, and automation projects for strategic enterprise accounts.
This role combines solution architecture, hands-on scripting, project ownership, and direct work with senior customer stakeholders. You will turn business requirements into scalable technical solutions and guide customers through high-impact deployments and migrations.
Key Responsibilities
• Design complex integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and enterprise platforms
• Build automation and migration solutions using PowerShell and Python
• Lead technical implementations from discovery through deployment
• Serve as the main technical contact for enterprise customers
• Create architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and technical documentation
• Support AI-driven workflows and operational automation
• Travel internationally up to 25% for workshops and strategic deployments
Required Experience
• 5+ years in Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, or Enterprise Implementation
• Strong experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and data mapping
• Advanced PowerShell and Python skills
• Proven ability to lead customer-facing technical projects
• Excellent English and strong executive communication skills
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%
