We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to be a pivotal part of our team, providing exceptional support to our valued customers. As a TAM, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring successful product adoption and utilization.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and aligning product solutions accordingly.
- Oversee customer projects, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering teams to enhance customer satisfaction and product development.
- Proactively identify customer needs and opportunities for expansion.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer challenges effectively.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in technical account management or a similar role.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
