We’re looking for a high-impact Strategy Product Manager who deeply understands OSS, Network Management, Monetization, and Automation—and can turn market needs into strategic product initiatives, with a major focus on Agentic AI, NextGen OSS, Autonomous Networks, Charging, Policy, Closed-Loop Automation, E2E Orchestration, and the future of Telecom OSS/BSS.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end strategic processes for new growth domains: analysis, insights, strategy, and operational optimization
- Track industry trends, emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and standards like 3GPP
- Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market dynamics to continuously refine product strategy
- Drive future portfolio growth across OSS, Charging, and Network Management & Automation
- Serve as a thought leader: build insight-driven strategies and advise top leadership with clear recommendations
- Run competitive analysis, early validation, and win/loss retrospectives to sharpen differentiation
- Define and validate a 1–3 year product roadmap (portfolio + corporate levels)
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders
- Secure investment via compelling business cases, clear ROI, and a multi-year product investment plan
Requirements
- 5+ years shaping product strategy and long-term roadmap (Product Management / Corporate Strategy / Consulting)
- Strong knowledge of OSS, Charging, and cross-domain network technologies + market trends
- Proven ability to work in a matrix organization with Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Alliances, Analysts, and Customers
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Track record building business cases and demonstrating ROI for product investments
- Experience leading new initiatives across multiple product workstreams
- BA/BS in Computer Science (or related) + experience in Product Management / Software Development / Telco/CSP strategy
- Experience driving AI/ML and Agentic AI initiatives (e.g., autonomous decisioning, closed-loop systems, next-gen orchestration) – big advantage
