A leading defense manufacturer is seeking a Senior System Architect to lead the development of advanced signal processing systems in RF and embedded environments. This is a high-impact, multidisciplinary role involving system definition, technical leadership, and end-to-end integration across hardware, firmware, and algorithmic components.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and system design of cutting-edge RF and embedded signal processing platforms
- Define system requirements and technical specifications for multi-disciplinary teams
- Provide technical guidance to teams in algorithms, firmware, software, and hardware development
- Oversee the integration and validation of complex embedded systems, from prototype to field testing
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical goals
- Drive innovation and excellence across the system lifecycle
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years of hands-on experience developing embedded systems in domains such as Wireless, Radar, Cellular, SIGINT, or EW
- 3+ years in a system architecture or system engineering role with a strong grasp of signal processing and RF system design
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary R&D teams (algorithms, firmware, hardware, software)
- Strong background in signal processing algorithm development
- Experience with GNSS systems – an advantage
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
- High motivation, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to see the big picture
