Responsibilities:
- Design and build infrastructure layers and tools used across all engineering teams
- Own and maintain CI/CD pipelines at an organizational level
- Operate and manage AWS environments beyond just consumption
- Work closely with development teams to identify needs and deliver scalable infra solutions
- Drive cross-team automation initiatives and streamline engineering workflows
Requirements:
- Have a 4+ years of hands-on experience with Python development
- Solid experience with AWS operations (not just usage, but infrastructure-level work)
- Independent and proactive — able to spot gaps, take ownership, and deliver end-to-end
- Strong sense of accountability and a “get-it-done” mindset
- Passionate about solving infrastructure challenges and supporting engineering velocity
