A fast-growing, product-led cybersecurity SaaS startup is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the next generation of security tools.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned designer who’s built products from scratch, thrives in high-velocity environments, and knows how to balance beautiful UI with practical UX.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design of complex, technical B2B products end-to-end
- Translate product strategy and user needs into clear, intuitive interfaces
- Build and scale design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency
- Drive design thinking across the organization—collaborating closely with product and engineering
- Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions
- Help define and evolve the product’s visual identity and UX patterns
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a focus on B2B SaaS
- Experience working in at least 2 cybersecurity or technical B2B companies
- A strong portfolio that shows work from early-stage design to production
- Expert in Figma, UI/UX methodologies, and system thinking
- Experience in both startups and larger companies – a big plus
- Built and maintained design systems – must
- Conducted user interviews, research, and usability tests – must
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions
