Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in product management, a proven background in a technical role such as engineering or security research, and at least 2 years of experience in risk management, cybersecurity, or fraud. This role requires expertise in end-to-end product delivery and the ability to drive and contribute to engineering discussions around technology decisions and product strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product management of our cybersecurity solutions, from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Develop and drive the product roadmap and feature delivery across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to make informed technology decisions and develop a cohesive product strategy.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development and positioning.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, translating them into actionable product features and improvements.
- Work closely with risk management, cybersecurity, and fraud teams to ensure the product meets industry standards and addresses key security challenges.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Monitor product performance and analyze key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
- Proven background and experience in a technical role such as engineer or security researcher.
- 2+ years of experience in risk management, cybersecurity, or fraud.
- Strong experience with end-to-end product delivery.
- Ability to drive and contribute to engineering discussions around technology decisions and product strategy.
- Experience in driving roadmap and feature delivery across multiple teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a cybersecurity startup environment.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Relevant certifications in product management or cybersecurity.
