We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a Payments Team building mission-critical payment processing solutions. You’ll own systems that power the core business—designing reliable, scalable, and low-latency payment services in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
What you’ll do
- Own the full development lifecycle from architecture → deployment, with strong emphasis on backend systems
- Design and implement high-performance RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations
- Optimize backend infrastructure for low latency, high availability, and reliability
- Provide technical mentorship, lead code reviews, and raise engineering standards
- Collaborate with Product and stakeholders in an Agile setup to ship impactful features
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues: performance bottlenecks, bugs, stability gaps
- Drive technical strategy and key architectural decisions
Requirements (must-have)
- 5+ years of server-side development experience (Node.js strongly preferred)
- Frontend experience with React (or similar)
- Strong expertise in distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Experience with production databases: PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB including optimization and performance tuning
- Proficiency with AWS (Serverless and/or Kubernetes, Docker)
- Solid understanding of REST API design and service architecture
- Experience with CI/CD workflows and Agile methodologies
- Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills
- Experience building GenAI products and agentic workflows – advantages
- B.Sc. in Computer Science (or related field) – advantages
