We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a small, high-impact team supporting a core product. You’ll play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining the full DevOps stack—from code to production—ensuring a modern, scalable, and reliable system.
What you’ll do
- Join a team of 3 DevOps engineers and own key parts of the platform
- Work closely with R&D, developers, data teams, and architects
- Build and maintain infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
- Operate and evolve the DevOps toolchain: Grafana, ArgoCD, Prometheus (P8s), Git, and more
- Improve reliability, deployment velocity, monitoring, and production readiness
Requirements
- 5+ years of DevOps experience
- 5+ years managing cloud infrastructure as code (GCP or AWS)
- 4+ years hands-on experience with Kubernetes and its ecosystem
- 2+ years of production experience (operating live systems)
- Strong familiarity with DevOps patterns: GitOps, Helm, deployment strategies, and CI/CD implementation
- Experience with Google data products: BigQuery, Bigtable, CloudSQL, Cloud Spanner – advantages
- Experience with ML serving platforms: Ray, Vertex AI – advantages
- Strong networking fundamentals + WAF experience – advantages
- Cloudflare – advantages
- Experience with GitHub and ArgoCD – advantages
