Responsibilities
- Administer and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules across the organization
- Translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows
- Write technical specifications and documentation
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless delivery and user experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms
- SAP SuccessFactors certification – a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
