A successful company in its field is looking for an experienced SAP MM Consultant to join its ERP team. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong end-to-end implementation experience and deep business understanding in logistics or complex product environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations of the SAP MM module, starting from project initiation
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Configure and customize SAP MM – with a focus on procurement, inventory management, MRP, supplier evaluation, and invoice processing
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize supply chain and procurement processes
- Participate in full lifecycle implementation projects, including version upgrades (e.g., S/4HANA)
- Provide ongoing support, system enhancements, and training for key users
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an SAP MM Consultant – not a junior role
- Proven track record in full-cycle SAP MM implementations (E2E), not just post-go-live support
- Experience in system analysis and understanding of business process flows
- Strong expertise in at least one of the following MM areas: procurement, inventory management, MRP, supplier evaluation, or invoice management
- Background in logistics, supply chain, or complex product environments (e.g., industrial, high-tech, ERP-heavy industries) – strong advantage
- Experience in working on version upgrades or S/4HANA migration – advantage
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to bridge between business and tech
