We're hiring a Sales Lead to take full ownership of the sales operation in a fast-growing, global B2B SaaS company.
Our platform helps companies in high-growth, performance-driven industries like FinTech, Prop Trading, and iGaming manage and scale their affiliate programs with smart automation and advanced analytics.
This role is ideal for someone hands-on and strategic, who knows how to build and optimize funnels, drive demo-based sales processes, and collaborate closely with marketing to deliver real impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Build and optimize multi-channel sales funnels across verticals and lead types
- Own the full CRM setup (HubSpot) – pipeline, tracking, insights, reporting
- Conduct platform demos and support prospects through the decision journey
- Analyze conversion data, identify drop-off points, and implement improvements
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing on aligned campaigns and funnel strategies
- Lead, coach, and scale the sales team – set KPIs, run 1:1s, build playbooks
- Create and refine sales materials: decks, case studies, one-pagers, etc.
- Be a player-coach: take on strategic deals and support complex closings
What we’re looking for
- Have at least 2+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS – with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Native or fluent English – daily communication is with international clients
- Strong experience with demo-based selling and funnel optimization
- Proficiency in CRM tools (ideally HubSpot) and pipeline analysis
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and data-driven mindset
