A successful and fast-growing global B2B SaaS company is looking for a strategic and hands-on Revenue Operations (RevOps) Lead to join the Go-to-Market (GTM) team.
This is a high-impact opportunity to build and lead the RevOps function from scratch, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive alignment, performance, and scalable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking the full customer journey
- Define KPIs and implement measurement frameworks across GTM teams
- Own and optimize Salesforce, HubSpot, and other GTM systems
- Automate workflows like lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle tracking
- Improve pipeline forecasting and territory planning with Sales leadership
- Develop segmentation models and customer lifecycle playbooks
- Align Sales and Marketing on lead handoff, funnel definitions, and reporting
- Deliver training and onboarding on GTM systems and processes
- Monitor team capacity and performance to support growth planning
- Drive operational excellence and scalability across all GTM activities
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops in a B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot (certifications a plus)
- Data-driven, with strong analytical and process-building skills
- Track record of scaling GTM operations in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bonus: Experience with tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Chili Piper, Gainsight
