A successful and fast-growing global B2B SaaS company is looking for a strategic and hands-on Revenue Operations (RevOps) Lead to join the Go-to-Market (GTM) team.

This is a high-impact opportunity to build and lead the RevOps function from scratch, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive alignment, performance, and scalable growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking the full customer journey
  • Define KPIs and implement measurement frameworks across GTM teams
  • Own and optimize Salesforce, HubSpot, and other GTM systems
  • Automate workflows like lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle tracking
  • Improve pipeline forecasting and territory planning with Sales leadership
  • Develop segmentation models and customer lifecycle playbooks
  • Align Sales and Marketing on lead handoff, funnel definitions, and reporting
  • Deliver training and onboarding on GTM systems and processes
  • Monitor team capacity and performance to support growth planning
  • Drive operational excellence and scalability across all GTM activities

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops in a B2B SaaS company
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot (certifications a plus)
  • Data-driven, with strong analytical and process-building skills
  • Track record of scaling GTM operations in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Bonus: Experience with tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Chili Piper, Gainsight
