We’re looking for an R&D Program Manager to orchestrate the execution of ambitious, cross-functional initiatives. This is a hands-on, strategic role at the heart of product and engineering—where roadmap meets reality.
What You’ll Do
- Drive execution of high-impact, multi-team programs—especially within R&D.
- Translate strategic goals into detailed plans, roadmaps, and measurable KPIs.
- Align product, engineering, and business stakeholders around scope, timelines, and outcomes.
- Own risk management, dependency tracking, and project health monitoring.
- Optimize resource allocation, budget adherence, and delivery velocity.
- Maintain clear documentation, dashboards, and progress reporting for leadership.
- Facilitate agile processes, governance routines, and fast-paced decision-making.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional tech programs or projects.
- Proven success leading large-scale, complex initiatives in R&D-heavy environments.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and startup pace.
