Position Overview: As the R&D Group Manager, you will be responsible for driving technological innovation and leading our R&D team. The ideal candidate will be a visionary and a doer, developing and implementing Big Data strategies, designing scalable data architectures, and ensuring our technological solutions remain cutting-edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Big Data and AWS Leadership: Develop and implement Big Data strategies and solutions using AWS technologies. Design and maintain data architecture and ML pipelines at scale for advanced analytics. Stay updated on Big Data and AWS trends and technologies.
- R&D Strategy: Create and execute an R&D strategy aligned with company goals. Define and prioritize R&D initiatives to support business objectives. Drive innovation and technological advancement across the organization.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the R&D team. Provide leadership and guidance to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate R&D progress to stakeholders. Present updates, achievements, and challenges to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Resource and Compliance Management: Manage the R&D budget and resources efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in R&D, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based Big Data pipelines for machine learning (AWS or GCP).
- Strong skills in Python and Golang.
- Proven experience in the AdTech industry.
