Position Overview: We are seeking a QA Automation Team Lead to join our QA department within the R&D group. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving automation development excellence and ensuring the highest quality in our testing processes. As a QA Automation Team Lead, you will lead a team of skilled QA automation engineers, participating hands-on in team activities and collaborating closely with other R&D team leads and PMs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of QA automation engineers to develop, execute, test, maintain, and improve infrastructure.
- Analyze the testing process to ensure the highest quality and adherence to best practices.
- Participate in the team’s activities, with a hands-on approach (50% hands-on).
- Collaborate with other R&D team leads and PMs to plan and design testing scopes and prioritize tasks.
- Drive automation development excellence within the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an automation team leader.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in developing automation infrastructure.
- Proven experience in Python and the Pytest framework is a must.
- Experience in testing web applications is an advantage.
- Good knowledge and experience in CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
- Experience in leading projects from design to implementation.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand complicated software.
- Experience in the cybersecurity field is an advantage.
