Location: Tel Aviv, Israel
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of QA automation engineers to develop, execute tests, maintain, and improve infrastructure.
- Analyze the testing process to ensure the highest quality and best practices.
- Participate in the team’s activities with a 50% hands-on approach.
- Collaborate with other R&D team leads and PMs in planning and designing testing scopes and prioritization.
- Drive automation development excellence within the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automation team leader.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing automation infrastructure.
- Proven experience in Python and the Pytest framework (must).
- Experience in testing WEB applications (advantage).
- Good knowledge and experience in CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
- Experience in leading projects from design to implementation.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand complicated software.
- Experience in the Cyber field (advantage).
