We’re looking for an experienced Analytics Team Lead to manage a group of Product and Customer Success analysts. This is a key role focused on driving insights that shape product decisions, improve user adoption, and optimize customer engagement and retention. You’ll manage the team’s roadmap, mentor analysts, and collaborate with Product and CS stakeholders across the company.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Product and CS analysts
- Manage project prioritization, execution, and delivery
- Build KPIs, data models, and predictive frameworks
- Oversee dashboards, reports, and metric tracking
- Analyze product usage, feature adoption, and customer behavior
- Translate data into clear business insights
- Partner with Product and CS teams to support strategic decisions
Requirements
- 2+ years leading an analytics team in a tech company
- 5+ years as a hands-on analyst (Product/Data/Business)
- 2+ years in product analytics specifically
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with large data sets
- Strong background working with complex data and pipelines
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView)
- B.A./B.Sc. in a quantitative field
- Strategic thinking, strong communication skills
- Advantage: experience in B2B SaaS and with Mixpanel
