A fast-growing global SaaS company in the affiliate and performance marketing space is looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Partnership Manager to lead strategic collaborations that generate leads, expand market reach, and create long-term value.

What you’ll do:
- Identify and build relationships with strategic partners: tech platforms, networks, agencies, referral channels, and more
- Lead negotiations and close partnership agreements that bring mutual business value
- Align closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) to ensure strategic fit
- Develop tailored pitches and onboarding flows for different types of partners
- Own the entire partnership lifecycle – from prospecting to launch to ongoing optimization
- Conduct regular check-ins with partners to ensure engagement and performance
- Monitor and report on partnership KPIs: lead volume, quality, revenue impact
- Maintain CRM-based partner tracking, including contacts, contracts, and activities
- Collaborate on co-branded content, campaigns, webinars, and joint initiatives
- Recommend product integrations or improvements based on partner insights
What we’re looking for:
- Have a 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales (B2B SaaS or AdTech/MarTech preferred)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluent English – both spoken and written – a must for daily international interaction
- CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) for outreach, tracking, and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and prioritize effectively
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills – someone who takes initiative
- Experience with global markets or cross-border collaborations – a plus
