A successful company in its field is seeking a Team Lead for Network & Information Security to oversee the management, maintenance, and evolution of its communication and security infrastructure.
This is a hands-on leadership role within the IT Infrastructure division, with responsibility for managing systems, people, and vendors, and driving critical projects across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage communication and security systems, including incidents, implementation of requirements, and ongoing projects
- Lead and mentor a team of network and security specialists
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in networking and information security, including team leadership
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of security systems such as EDR, DLP, VPN, content filtering, traffic protection, data diode systems, and more
- Solid understanding of Switching and Routing (CCNA level or above)
- Hands-on experience with CISCO and HP networking equipment
- Strong grasp of TCP/IP protocols
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead complex initiatives
- Good level of English – must
- Availability for on-call duties, including weekly evening shifts from home and monthly weekend shifts
