Junior/Mid SEM Specialist – JB-1263

We’re looking for two hands-on SEM professionals to join our growing marketing team:

  • One SEM Specialist with 1+ year of hands-on experience
  • One Senior SEM Specialist with 3+ years of experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns

This is a unique opportunity to work on high-budget, global B2B SaaS campaigns (over $1M/month), generate quality leads at scale, and drive measurable impact in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, build, and manage high-performing PPC campaigns on Google Ads (must), and Bing
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation using data, A/B testing, and performance benchmarks
  • Own campaign execution end-to-end — from targeting, bidding, and copy to conversion tracking
  • Analyze large datasets to continuously improve ROI and lead quality
  • Stay ahead of SEM trends and apply best practices to scale growth
  • Collaborate with content, design, product, and marketing ops teams

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing global B2B SaaS campaigns
  • Proven track record in lead generation via paid search
  • Google Ads experience is a must (campaign setup, optimization, reporting)
  • Experience managing high budgets – $500K/month or more (for senior role)
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance metrics, A/B testing, and Excel
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills
  • Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or additional paid platforms
  • SQL knowledge
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other marketing tech tools
  • Background in highly competitive verticals or B2B lead-gen environments
  • Degree in marketing, economics, statistics, business, or a related analytical field
