Responsibilities
- Own and manage Atlassian tools: Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence – including configuration, optimization, plugins, and system integrations.
- Support users across the company: Identify needs, implement solutions, run trainings, and write user guides.
- Lead process improvements: Design and implement cross-org workflows using Atlassian tools in collaboration with IT, dev, and business units.
- Drive innovation: Keep up with system updates and apply the most relevant features.
- Maintain documentation: Build and manage a well-organized knowledge base and technical documentation.
- Prioritize and deliver: Manage incoming tickets, balance workload, and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Have a 2+ years of experience working with Atlassian tools
- Have a 1+ years in system administration
- Have a 1+ years in business/system analysis
- Experience with integrations and project ownership – a big plus
- Strong English skills – both written and verbal (daily global communication & documentation)
- Great communication skills, self-starter mindset, ability to prioritize and manage complexity with clarity and structure
