We’re looking for an Implementation Engineer to lead and own enterprise customer deployments end-to-end. You’ll work directly with customer IT/security teams to configure, customize, and operationalize a security platform—ensuring a smooth rollout and long-term adoption. This role is the technical bridge between customers and internal teams, partnering closely with Support, R&D, and Product to drive outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Own deployments from kickoff → production rollout → steady-state operations
- Configure and customize the system to fit customer requirements and environments
- Define and implement security policies aligned with customer use cases and risk posture
- Partner with customer IT, Security, and Networking teams to design deployment plans
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and coordinate resolution with internal Support/R&D
- Provide technical enablement, best practices, and guidance to customer administrators
- Document configurations, processes, and lessons learned to improve repeatability and scale
- Share feedback with Product/Engineering to improve tooling, docs, and overall customer experience
Requirements (must-have)
- 3–5 years in Professional Services / Implementation / Solutions Engineering / Deployment Engineering
- Background in networking or cybersecurity (e.g., firewalls, secure web gateways, proxies, endpoint security, identity)
- Hands-on experience deploying security products in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of network architectures, traffic flows, and security policy design
- Strong troubleshooting skills and calm execution during customer go-lives
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and lead discussions with enterprise stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills (technical + non-technical audiences)
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Support, Product, and R&D
- Experience with SASE/SSE, browser security, DLP, CASB, or SaaS security – advantage
- Familiarity with SAML/SSO, identity providers, and device management systems – advantage
- Experience with enterprise deployment tooling: MDM, Intune, GPO, JAMF, etc. – advantage
- Customer-facing experience in enterprise B2B SaaS – advantage
