A fast-moving cybersecurity startup is looking for a Head of Product to join as the first product function and lead the charge on building and scaling an AI-powered platform from the ground up.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can do it all — from strategic roadmap planning to deep discovery calls with customers, writing specs, and working daily with engineers to ship impactful features.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full product lifecycle — strategy, roadmap, execution, and delivery
- Work directly with customers to define and prioritize use cases
- Write specs, scope features, and collaborate closely with engineering
- Translate technical and market insights into a clear product vision
- Act as the voice of the user across the company
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager – must
- Background in cybersecurity is required – SOC, detection, or threat research experience is a strong plus
- Proven ability to lead product in early-stage environments – you’ll be the first product hire
- Strong technical orientation; comfortable working with engineers and technical users
- Experience with B2B SaaS products
- Bonus: Experience with AI/agent-based products
