A leading SaaS company in the content-tech and media space is looking for a Head of DevOps to lead the next phase of its infrastructure scale-up. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to join a fast-growing company that powers millions of creators, brands, and organizations around the world.
In this role, you’ll own the cloud infrastructure strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and production reliability — while leading a growing DevOps team and partnering closely with engineering, product, and ML teams.
What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve the DevOps roadmap across all cloud environments (AWS-based)
- Lead design, deployment, and optimization of scalable infrastructure for real-time content processing
- Manage large-scale Kubernetes clusters (EKS) and CI/CD frameworks (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
- Drive observability, uptime, and operational excellence across thousands of production pods
- Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, ML, and video infrastructure teams
- Mentor and grow a DevOps team while fostering a culture of reliability, security, and speed
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of DevOps experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Ingress, and service mesh architectures
- Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, Crossplane – advantage)
- Proven track record managing complex CI/CD pipelines and monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Coralogix – advantage)
- Hands-on, strategic thinker with a passion for performance, security, and scalable systems
