What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of the company’s core platform across front-end, back-end, and database layers (70% Front-End, 30% Back-End).
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure features using React and Node.js.
- Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions with measurable impact.
- Collaborate closely with growth, product, and data teams to optimize features and user experiences.
- Implement efficient data handling, with a strong advantage for SQL knowledge or data-related experience.
- Contribute to the platform’s architecture and help shape the technology direction.
- Stay up-to-date with modern tools, frameworks, and best practices in full-stack development.
Requirements
- Have a 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer – must
- Strong hands-on expertise with React (front-end) and Node.js (back-end) – must
- Proven ability to deliver quickly, accurately, and with business impact
- Experience in SQL or data-driven systems – significant advantage
- Proficiency in Typescript/Javascript and strong software development skills
- Background in data companies or product-driven environments – advantage
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams
- Independent, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
