A fast-growing SaaS company is looking for a Financial Analyst with a strong systems orientation to join our Business Applications team.
This isn’t a typical FP&A role — it’s a hybrid position at the intersection of finance and technology, focused on improving and integrating the tools that power our Quote-to-Cash and billing processes.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, and Ops, using platforms like NetSuite, Salesforce CPQ, and Workato to streamline financial workflows, build automations, and unlock data insights.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, optimize, and support the full Quote-to-Cash lifecycle – from quoting and billing to revenue recognition
- Customize and maintain NetSuite, integrating it with Salesforce, Zip, Mesh, Dokka, Avalara, and other tools
- Build smart automations and workflows using Workato – must-have experience
- Translate business needs into scalable system solutions
- Track and report on billing, invoicing, and revenue KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment
- Own system changes, releases, and enhancements related to financial operations
Requirements
- Have a 4+ years of experience in a finance, business systems, or Quote-to-Cash-focused role
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite or Zuora – required
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce, billing platforms, and CPQ tools
- Proven experience with Workato – must
- Background in B2B SaaS – understanding of recurring revenue models and Q2C
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process optimization
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
