We’re looking for a highly skilled Engineering Team Lead to join a fast-moving R&D organization. What you’ll do
- Lead and grow a team of engineers: technical direction, mentorship, coaching, and performance development
- Drive design and delivery of end-to-end features across web, mobile, backend, and infrastructure
- Partner closely with Product, UX, and Data Science to define and execute impactful solutions
- Own SaaS production systems in mission-critical environments
- Promote engineering excellence: best practices, quality, reliability, and a problem-solving “can-do” culture
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to improve product experience and system performance
Requirements (must-have)
- 5+ years as a software engineer
- 3+ years proven experience as a people manager in an R&D environment
- Strong hands-on experience with modern stacks such as React, Node.js, Java, .NET Core, or Scala
- Experience building scalable systems: concurrent, low-latency, fault-tolerant
- Strong understanding of software architecture, SaaS production systems, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-team projects from ideation → production
- Excellent problem-solving + communication skills, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ownership mindset: build systems that scale and perform in production
