We’re a fast-growing SaaS company in the cybersecurity space, and we’re looking for an Engineering Manager with strong technical skills and a proven leadership track record to lead one of our core engineering teams.
This is a hands-on management role, ideal for someone who thrives on solving real production problems, designing scalable systems, and building high-performing teams in complex, secure environments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of backend and fullstack engineers building secure, cloud-based solutions
- Own system design, architecture reviews, and the resolution of complex bugs and performance issues
- Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and other R&D leads to prioritize and deliver key features
- Foster a culture of ownership, quality, and speed
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on backend development experience – ideally with Python or Node.js
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams or serving as a hands-on Team Lead
- Experience building and scaling production systems in AWS environments
- Familiarity with React and working alongside frontend/fullstack teams
- Strong system design, debugging, and architecture skills
- Hands-on experience with microservices and event-driven architectures
- Background in cybersecurity companies – must
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
