We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Electrical Power R&D Engineer to join our multidisciplinary development team. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the electrical architecture of our products – from design and testing to documentation and collaboration across global teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and development of electrical system architecture
- Design, test, and troubleshoot electrical devices: power units, communication systems, motion controllers, and more
- Maintain and update the electrical item database (cables, modules, full systems)
- Conduct hands-on root cause analysis and repairs of electrical failures
- Collaborate with system, software, mechanical, and algorithm teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Prepare and submit documentation for certification processes and compliance testing
- Manage subcontractors – from requirements and SOW to delivery
- Contribute both independently and within cross-functional and international teams
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – Must
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical system design – Must
- Experience managing subcontractors and writing SOWs – Must
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office – Must
- Strong written and verbal English – Must
- Background in system engineering – Advantage
- Experience in semiconductor industry and relevant standards – Advantage
- Familiarity with integrated hardware-software system development – Advantage
