We’re looking for a passionate, experienced DevSecOps Manager to lead a high-impact team driving post-merger security integration (PMI), cloud infrastructure hardening, and secure DevOps practices across a global organization.
What you’ll do
- Lead a Israel-based team: SecOps, DevOps Engineers, and Due Diligence specialist—owning end-to-end security for PMI / M&A integration
- Embed acquired companies into corporate security + operational frameworks, adapting by size/complexity
- Define and implement DevSecOps security strategy across AWS / Azure / GCP, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines
- Be a hands-on technical leader: unblock, guide architecture decisions, and close knowledge gaps when needed
- Partner with internal stakeholders + acquired entities for secure onboarding, infrastructure hardening, and policy compliance
- Drive cross-functional initiatives: risk assessments, secure SDLC, continuous improvement of security operations
- Mentor and develop the team (performance, growth plans), building a culture of ownership, innovation, and technical excellence
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in DevOps / SecDevOps / DevSecOps
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) + Kubernetes
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub, and modern delivery workflows
- Strong understanding of SecOps, risk management, and post-merger security integration
- Experience leading technical teams and complex cross-org programs
- Excellent communication skills across technical + business stakeholders
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable security + DevOps execution
