A fast-growing company developing an agentic AI platform is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join its core engineering team.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and observable infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD initiatives using GitHub Actions and GitOps workflows with ArgoCD
- Maintain and extend infrastructure as code using Terraform and Crossplane
- Own our Datadog observability stack – metrics, traces, logs, alerts
- Build internal tools in Python and Bash to support engineering, ML, and data workflows
- Implement high standards in container security, secrets management, and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with developers and ML teams to streamline workflows and boost velocity
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering in production
- Deep knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, and tools like Helm, ArgoCD, Ingress, RBAC
- Proven experience with Terraform and infrastructure lifecycle management
- Strong CI/CD background – GitHub Actions or similar
- Solid scripting skills – especially Python and Bash
- Experience with Docker image security, caching, and SBOMs
- Hands-on with Datadog or similar observability platforms
- Familiarity with GitOps principles and Crossplane – strong advantage
