We’re looking for a senior Corporate Strategy leader to advise top management on global strategic decisions in rapid high-growth IT domains and new frontiers—helping shape the company’s future course, investment priorities, and growth engines.
What you’ll do
- Be a major contributor to the company’s future strategy and growth
- Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leadership and lead change management processes
- Own (with your team) the creation of insight-driven, innovative strategies backed by rigorous analysis
- Act as a recognized thought leader for top management across strategic topics and market shifts
- Take a key role in managing and developing the Corporate Strategy team (coaching, standards, execution)
- High-visibility seat: real influence on global strategic decisions
- Lead end-to-end strategy work for new growth domains (analysis → insights → strategy → execution optimization)
- Dynamic, multicultural environment with strong emphasis on innovation, ownership, and growth
Requirements (must-have)
- 10+ years in strategy consulting (Corporate Strategy teams or Business Strategy consultancies)
Advantage for experience in top-tier strategy consultancies - Proven experience advising IT / software / tech companies on strategy
- BA and/or MBA in Business / Economics / highly analytical discipline from a leading institution
- Excellent structured thinking, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills
