We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing global team with operations across the EU, US, Canada, and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Research, pursue, and build long-term, high-impact business relationships that drive exponential growth.
- Manage and optimize 7-digit partner budgets with strategic precision.
- Own and expand international partnerships, handling all commercial, legal, financial, and marketing aspects to ensure success.
- Negotiate commercial terms using data-driven insights and strong analytical skills.
- Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities within existing partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify supply needs and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
Requirements
- Native or fluent English – required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development or Account Management within performance marketing – required
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to leverage data for strategic sales decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Ambitious, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow
- Willingness to travel
- Experience working with C-level executives – advantage
- Background in online comparison or affiliate marketing – advantage
