A leading company in its field is looking for a skilled and proactive Business Applications Analyst to lead and optimize its technology stack. What You’ll Do
- Partner with different departments to understand needs and translate them into effective system solutions
- Own and optimize integrated business tools such as Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, HubSpot, NetSuite, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others
- Manage the full cycle of business processes — from quote generation to invoicing, and from cold lead to paying customer
- Design and implement integrations across platforms, ensuring seamless data flows and customer journeys
- Lead projects end-to-end: requirements gathering, process design, implementation, and enablement
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions
- Support users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity across platforms (Sales, Finance, RevOps, Product, HR, etc.)
Requirements
- Have a 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and at least one other core system – must
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS companies – must
- Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and operations
- Experience with Salesforce configuration (custom objects, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, APEX, etc.)
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with platforms such as HubSpot, NetSuite, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience with integration/automation tools such as Workato or Zapier – strong advantage
- Familiarity with AI tools – advantage
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and collaborate cross-functionally
